Rules
All rentals are to families/responsible adults. NO LOUD music parties permitted. The person who reserves the cottage is responsible for all occupants/pets. Any violation will be cause for immediate eviction from property.
Cottages are cleaned and inspected every stay. A complete inventory is taken. Any items damaged or missing will be the responsibility of the person reserving the rental.
Woodhaven Cottages are fully self catering. Towels are provided daily or on request. On leaving please wash/store dishes, put garbage in receptacles on back deck. Remove food and personal effects. If extra cleaning is required a fee of $30 will be added to the credit card.
Absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE.
Receptacles provided outside.
If these rules are broken a fee of $150 will be applied to credit card provided.

Rate /1 Bedroom $130 daily + HST. 2 Bedroom $170 daily + HST.Extra $15 per person per night.
